Chips and Dip

Ingredients:

  1. 1 pack of potato chips – Oman Chips or any Ali Shaihani potato chips of your choice
  2. 100g cream cheese - softened
  3. 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning
  4. ½ cup sour cream
  5. 1 spring onion - sliced
  6. 1 jalapeño pepper or green chili - diced
  7. ½ cup  Cheddar cheese - shredded
  8. ¼  cup shredded fried chicken if you prefer
  9. Small bunch of coriander leaves - finely chopped  

Method:

  • Place the cream cheese in a bowl and beat it using an electric or hand mixer, until smooth.
  • Add in the ranch seasoning and sour cream and mix it to blend together.
  • Next, add the spring onion, chili, cheese and shredded fried chicken.
  • Refrigerate the dip for an hour or until it is chilled.
  • Sprinkle coriander leaves just before serving the dip with your choice of potato chips.
