Born out of the bifurcation of Ali Shaihani Food Industries in 1989, Al Jufair Food Industry, also located in Al Wadi Al Kabir industrial area, is the producer of farm fresh potato chips and potato and wheat-based pellets in various flavours. Its operations are handled by strong manpower of over 300 personnel. Its premier product, the chilli flavoured potato chips ‘Chips Oman’, is the most popular product of its kind in the Sultanate of Oman, and the entire Gulf region.
